Today I woke up on the right side of the bed

Today I made a pact with myself (ha!).  I’ve noticed over the last, oh, 23 years of my life that I have no self-dicipline.  None what-so-ever.  Therefore, today I am challenging myself.  I have serious motivation (at least for today) to “get into shape”.  Ah, that phrase.  For myself, it means lose about 15lbs, and be able to survive the loop this summer with pride :) .  So, I’m doin’ it.  I’ve decided.  I’m goin’ there.  It’s gutta be done.  Any words of wisdom to keep me on track?

I found exercise at least 30 mins. a day ( just a walk) and have a cheat night to look forward too!! I

Talk to my mother… she’s a machine. I know she started out by not changing any of her eating, just exercise. Rock it!

Ask Jeff- he’s lost 25 pounds since he started in Feb. and lost like 20% body fat. Oh, did I mention I lost 1 pound too.
